About Max Reisinger

Max Reisinger, Senior Counsel, Legal & Enforcement

Mr. Reisinger is Senior Counsel, Legal & Enforcement, and has been with ReliabilityFirst since 2014. For the past 11 years, he has worked in the Enforcement Department. In this role, he has served as a Case Manager for registered entities handling noncompliances and serving as a single point of contact.

Mr. Reisinger has substantial experience proposing penalties and sanctions to deter noncompliances; working with subject matter experts to accurately assess the risk posed by noncompliances; and drafting, filing, and negotiating regulatory filings concerning the disposition of enforcement actions.

Mr. Reisinger collaborates extensively with the Legal & Regulatory Affairs Department and the Strategic Engagement Department providing both legal and policy advice.

Mr. Reisinger earned two Bachelors of Arts, one with research distinction and two with honors, from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University.
